We're Here To Help

Our clinic is here to support you through each step of your dementia care journey, providing a comprehensive, personalized approach.

Contacting us

There are lots of ways to get in touch with us. You can:

We’ll discuss your needs and questions, and come up with a personalised plan for you.

Assessment

If you or your loved one are worried about dementia, the first step is an in depth dementia assessment. During your assessment, we perform a series of evaluations to understand your cognitive health fully. This includes an in-depth clinical assessment, cognitive testing, and, if necessary, referral for a brain MRI scan and blood tests. These tests help us identify any underlying conditions that could be affecting your memory, thinking, or other cognitive abilities.

Diagnosis

Once we’ve reviewed your assessment results and test findings, you’ll have a follow up appointment with one of our clinicians. Together, we’ll discuss the diagnosis, explain any findings in detail, and answer your questions. We’ll provide a clear, thorough explanation of your condition and options.

Treatment

If treatment is indicated, we’ll discuss the best options based on your diagnosis and unique needs. This may include lifestyle recommendations for diet, exercise and sleep, and medications. We additionally have an innovative neurostimulation lab, collaborating with leading doctors and researchers – see the neurostimulation page for eligibility. Our goal is to find effective treatments that help manage symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Ongoing Care

We believe in long-term support and will work with you and your family over time. Regular check-ins, follow-up appointments, and adjustments to your care plan are part of our commitment to helping you maintain independence and manage symptoms effectively.
